Alexandra McCulloch from Bucks County Museum will give an illustrated talk on Clare Leighton, the engraver and illustrator, on Sunday 28th Sept at 7:30 pm, entitled My Own Chiltern Hills. Clare Leighton lived and worked near Whiteleaf in the 1930s before moving to America. She produced Four Hedges - A Gardener’s Chronicle with beautiful illustrations of a Chiltern garden and its wildlife. Tickets are available from 837752 at a cost of £5.

12th October ‘Lionel Monkton and Friends – Lost British Musicals 1909-18’, a light-hearted programme performed by Glenys Groves and Friends. Tickets from 837752.
