quiz Quizzical-Lee!
Compiled by Colin Sully

This month I have included some of the easiest clues so far … and perhaps some of the most difficult; but which are which I wonder? A small prize will be awarded this month to the first person to send a full set of correct answers to the editor.

The answers all start with the letter S and as usual relate in some way to The Lee parish.
  1. 30, 40, 50… but do you keep to them? (5 and 6 letters)
  2. A place to pick up everyday essentials… or an instruction to do so? (4, 2, 3, 3)
  3. Is this the underhanded region of the Parish? (3, 6)
  4. A collection of fish in Lee Common? (6)
  5. Bleary twitters make local family (7-7)
  6. The well-feathered, rear-end of the Parish (4, 6)
  7. Powerful Newsletter printer (7)
  8. Reconnoitring near the Shop (8)
  9. First Curate at The Lee (9)
  10. The place to find soft fruit in Hunts Green? (10, 4, 4)
